Improvement in performance, discipline, emotional stability or physical outcomes depends entirely on personal effort, consistency, health conditions and individual circumstances. TV Method does not guarantee specific results of any kind.

By participating in any TV Method program, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your physical and emotional wellbeing. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

5. Informed Risk — Cold Plunge & Sauna
Cold exposure and heat therapy involve inherent risks. By participating, you confirm you are medically cleared (or assume full responsibility) and agree to follow all safety instructions.

7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments are final unless stated otherwise. Digital products are non-refundable. Missed coaching sessions are not refundable. Cancellations for Immersive Experiences made under 48 hours may not be refunded.

Personal data is collected solely to provide services, communicate with users and improve service quality. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
