About Me

A practical and human approach to rebuilding clarity, discipline and direction.

For a long time, I felt caught between the person I was and the person I knew I could become.
I was always trying, always busy, but without the clarity or emotional stability I needed to move forward in a sustainable way.

Everything began to change when I stopped relying on motivation and started understanding my patterns, my environment and the identity I was operating from. Little by little, I rebuilt my life through simple structure, better habits and a more grounded sense of who I wanted to be.

TV Method was created from this lived experience - real change, tested in real life.

My Story

My story isn’t about dramatic breakthroughs. It’s about finally understanding why I kept restarting and why the traditional “push harder” mindset never worked for me.

Once I learned how emotions shape behaviour, how the environment influences consistency and how identity drives every choice, improvement became much more natural. I didn’t need to force discipline. I needed a framework that made it possible.

That framework eventually became the TV Method:
clear direction, simple routines, emotional stability and daily decisions that actually fit real life.

No noise, no over complication - just a grounded, science-informed way of building a stable, disciplined life from the inside out.

What I Believe

I believe real change happens when life becomes clearer and lighter.
When we understand ourselves.
When we create structure that supports who we want to be.
When we stop trying to control everything and start acting with intention.

TV Method exists to help people build this kind of life -
a life with more stability, more discipline and more confidence in the person they’re becoming.
